DW20 Crases on Start-up

Issue Details: This happens with most modpacks in this version of minecraft for me, it starts loading and then in the loading screen after it reachers the second stage of loading it crashes, I have updated Java and dedicated the 4 GB. I think it is because my curse client does not download all mods, it downloads 69 mods and not all 74, is there any way to fix this problem. Have tried uninstalling curse then reinstalling and the same with minecraft.
