I have noticed that the bauxite ores being pulled out by my quantum quarry are now Immersive Engineering bauxite instead of TR. This wouldn't be an issue except according to JEI IE bauxite is registered in the ore dictionary as aluminum ore, which doesn't grind up in the industrial grinder to get titanium for late game TR progression.
