Minecraft crashes after loading map

I have only added optifine, but i already had that

So when i join my world which i have been playing on for a while now, it loads the map and stays below 20 fps, after that it takes 10 seconds and then my game freezes and crashes.
I think its an issue with java. i had downlouded Netbeans (which is a java tool or something) and after that nothing worked. i have uninstalled all java programs and netbeans. but still no luck. i always have issues with java but this time it is not fixable it seems.(64 bit operating system)
