At first I installed optifine, but after the crash I removed it. Still crashed.

Issue Details:

My survival HermitPack world randomly crashed after I had typed exactly "/help 2" Now I can't get back onto the world. I was able to create a new world and run that but other than that my world won't open. I downloaded optifine a while ago and it ran fine, but not until now it crashed and I can't open it.
