FTB Infinity Evolved Texture issues

Hello all. I made an acount here in a desperate effort to fix this issue I am having. I have looked high and low and every forum everywhere and still cannot find an answer to what I am looking for. I am running a very small FTB Infinity evolved server. Long story short, a few days ago I noticed some chunks were not loading properly and were clear and see through. (See Pictures) and as I have gone on it has only gotten worse. It has gotten to the point where things are just not loading.

I have an incredibly Beafy build and I know it is not the issue.

I have tried everything. I have changed just about every minecraft setting. I have tried w/wo optifine. With or without texture packs. w/wo shaders. I have COMPLETLY reinstalled FTB IE. and nothing has worked. All my grafics card drivers are up to date and I have no changes to the base FTB. I have changed my grafics card settings as well in the nividia control pannel. I have no clue what is wrong and It has gotten to the point where it is nearly unplayable and just intolerable. If anyone could help. I would love you forever.
