Sky Factory 3 won't finish loading

Issue Details: So i know that i have a crappy computer it is win8, I3 proccesor, laptop with 4 gb.... getting that part out of the way. I was playing 2.5.5 Sky factory from FTB launcher. I try to upgrade to 3 and it stops at stacks on stacks model. I was wondering if i can do anything from my computer standpoint to run it better mind you i am at full gb allowed. Or is there any overpowering mods in 3 that i could remove to get it to load with close to the same experience!!!! all help is thanked
