No mobs spawning

Description of issue: No mobs like Zombies are spawning, Chickens, Cows and similar are spawning.
Spawners do work as well, the Nether works fine as well. Just the overworld doesnt spawn any mobs.
I use chunkloaders around my house but I also tried going far away.

I read through all the posts I could find regarding this issue, but nothing helped.
