Extreme Lag

Issue Details:
For the past few days i have been playing the packs with no problems running smooth at 60 fps. But today all of the sudden there is debilitating lag to the point where you cant move. I have looked on the forums for solutions, i have turned the mipmap off, i have updated java to the latest version and i have tried going to the bare minimum on settings and even that doesn't work. Now i have 1-6 fps and i cant do anything. I have even gone as far as doing a Windows Memory Diagnostic, so i have no idea what to do at this point.
