Massive lag after update on 2/17 Direwolf

Issue Details: Updated when prompted by the launcher and cannot get above 1-2 FPS while in game. If I hit esc to go outside the window, I'm jumped back to 60 fps. This has only been happening on my computer, my boyfriend's is unaffected. Tried reinstalling launcher and the game. Still getting same problems
