Skyfactory 3 Update Broke Ender I/O Conduits

It has a stack of gunpowder in it and the progress bar just sits are where ever it stopped at, in one, half way, others, just slightly into the progress bar.
What i CAN do is break and replace the RF conduit underneath it, and once replaced it will begin exploding for a short while until suddenly it just dies again.
I'd tried this on a new closed circuit and it still has the same issue.
My grid power is 166, and the amount of stuff i have running is only drawing 24. So that's not an issue either.
I also had to replace my flux plugs and points too but once I did that, they all worked again.
So it just seems a little whacky, not sure why i'm having this issue. I'm running a buttload of lava gens but the explosive gens REALLY pump out RF so i need them to continue running my entire base setup.

Any help?
