Added Mekanism, MekGenerators and MekTools 1.10.2-9.2.1.300 to Client and Server
Added OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_D7 to Client

Issue Details:
When trying to join my server it kicks me with this error:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The object Block{natura:nether_berrybush_blightberry}{5c514f17} has been registered twice, using the names null and natura:nether_berrybush_blightberry. (Other object at this id is null{0})

(error shows on client log at line 37991)

My brother's game does the exact same thing, and if I open a single player world to LAN he gets the same error when he tries to join.

As the error references Natura, I assume adding Mekanism has nothing to do with it.
