Skyfactory 3 crash after world transfer

(Me & a friend of mine had suddenly 0-1 fps all the time on the server and in singleplayer without changin anythin).

So I made a full backup of the old server, uninstalled the old modpack and installed the new version.
The server started and I could login.

Then I tried copying the world save of the normal dimension and the end but now the server won't start again.
