Cannot Run any FTB Modpack

Issue Details:
Running any Modpack through either the Legacy FTB launcher or the Curse launcher results "note responding" every few seconds. I have tried different versions of Java(both 64 and 32-bit,) Every different amount of RAM I can(Now set to 6GB,) I have tried clean installs, and I have tried running it in a completely clean user profile. I have some Antivirus on this computer, Windows defender and HitmanPro Alert, HMPA is disabled and all versions of Java have exceptions in Windows defender. I have tried everything I can think of, any help would be appreciated.

Lite specs of my Laptop:
i7-4700QM Processor,
12GB RAM
Make/model: HP Envy
Running off 120GB SSD
Windows 10 64bit
