Description of issue: I have been trying to run a server off of my laptop and have been able to connect using my desktop that is connected to the same modem. However, my buddy at his house cannot connect, even though I port forwarded, I put ingoing and outgoing exceptions for the minecraft port, and he still cannot connect using the IPv4 address or the IP address that I first search on Google, I know I am probably doing something wrong, but I am not sure what. Help is much appreciated as figuring out the network issues are not my strong suit.
