Exception ticking world - Server crashes at sort of random times with "Server closed"

Description of issue:
The server crashes approx. 30 minutes after start up. Any players logged in (only me atm) gets the message "Server closed".

This only happened recently, and has been running for a week now without any crashes or issues.
