Downloading via FTBInstall

Description of issue:Hey Guys,
when i try to download the rest of the serverfiles via FTBInstall, the CMD says everything is okay, downloads files in about 7-8 secs, then quick more lines of text pops up but the CMD closes itself.
I changed the Eula to true before and if I try to start the server.jar it is doing nothing...
Starting the ServerStart.bat it says:
We appear to be missing one or more essential library files.

I started earlier some Servers and they start with no problem, so maybe I#m missing something, so big thanks for your help
