I can't seem to craft Tin Gears in my FTB Skyblock world. In the NEI interface I can find Tin gears (both the Forestry and the Thermal Expansion ones) but when I look up their recipes they are only craftable by metal press and casting. I can't create them with the stone gear or iron ingot, and tin ingots.
When I loop up Tin ingot's uses in NEI no crafting recipe of Tin gears shows up, either.
I can craft the Buildcraft Wood and Stone Gears as usual.
I'm at a loss as to what the problem is. Here's the launcher log:
