I start a world then it brings me back to the main menu

Issue Details: So i just deleted everything and reinstalled it (it wasnt working before this either) because evertime i would go into the game and click on a world, it loads then brings me back to the main menu, its been like this for almos a year now and i still havent been able to fix it, please help.
