Details of the issue*:
I run a server, and one of my players has been having an issue with his Big Reactor. Whenever the reactor is unloaded, and reloaded, the fuel amount is always at 76.9% even when the reactor has not been running. Is this an actual bug, or is this some sort of "Radioactive Decay" feature? This is a survival server and chunk loaders are not easily obtained, so I would like to find a non-chunk loader related fix to this bug. If there is one.
