Huge tick lag in unstable 1.12.1

this is a new world and fps is 6 max. In 1.12 version of unstable pack work just fine when i update to .1.12.1 tick spike and stay on max all time.

this si in flat creative worlt same stuff just little more fps.
I know that ustabe is unstable but i hope some one can find what is hapenig thx
