FTB Infinity Evolved Skyblock doesn't have HQM quests

I have added Optifine and Tapemouse

Issue Details: The outline of the pack says there are HQM quests but no HQM mods are installed. Going ingame and searching for “@Hardcore Questing Mode” and “quest book” yields nothing. Do the quests have to be installed manually by the user?
