Regrowth heavy lag spikes

I haven’t made any changes to the modpack

Issue Details:
I set 4 gigabytes of ram for Minecraft (I have 8 ddr3 gigs in total) and in every 30 or 40 seconds a big 10 second lag spike comes in. I usually get around 30-40 fps when it’s not lagging and 1-3 when lagging. I read a lot of posts, but neither seems to be working. In task manager everything seems ok, everything is under at least 60% usage. In F3 in-game it never reaches above 60% memory usage.
