Server crashing with No Java in Binary

Description of issue: Server is failing to start up, tried going through all the previous psots, but they all ended abrubtly without actually posting the fix just either no reply or “Got it fixed”. Tried deleting the lines of code mentioned below

-> go to your server directory
-> right click on the ServerStart.bat or whatever you named it
-> click on Edit and delete the following lines:
