Sky Factory 3 freezes when loading world

**Issue Details: When loading a world from the title screen the screen freezes on “Loading World”, log has the error message: “The state engine was in incorrect state SERVER_STARTING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded.” This happened recently and I was able to fix it by restoring backups, force updating the launcher and increasing the RAM to 7GB but the issue’s come back and this fix no longer works. Any help much appreciated.
