Details of the issue*: I was crafting the IWrench from Funky Locomotion in my crafting terminal from Applied Energistics 2 and I placed the crafted IWrench in my hotbar on the slot that my hotbar had selected. I have EnderIO regular facades and judging from the crash report I believe they are the cause when holding the IWrench.
