Infinity Evolved Freezes my Pc

Sometimes i can play for a few hours straight, and other times it'll happen 10 minutes into a session. I initially thought it could be a RAM problem, but have recently put 16GB new ram into my PC and it still does it.

Could be the graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470) as it's quite old, but it doesn't seem to have a problem with other games e.g Fallout 4, Total War: Warhammer.
