I opened a ticket with the Mod creator for Ender IO and it was determined that is either a resource pack issue or the mod pack itself is causing it to happen. Since I do not use resource packs unless they are specifically included in the mod pack itself, I know it is not something I’m causing myself. I’ve confirmed it with several other players and they experience the same issue.
